How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automatic email with your tracking details. In that email please click the link that says TRACK MY SHIPMENT. PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive tracking information until your order has been dispatched.
Do you accept any returns?
If something didn't meet your high standards, please let us know. We want to make it better and make you happy. Although we do not accept returns at this time, we're always open to feedback and would love to know how we can improve our products. If you have received a defective unit or have an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out! Please include any pictures, a description of the damage, and your order # and we're happy to provide a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
I entered the wrong shipping address, help!
It happens! Just email us with your order # and we'll try to catch your order before our warehouse fulfills it. Once our warehouse team is packaging up your order though, we're unable to change any shipping information.

Not some group of resellers lacking vision, EZBRND is based in the creative process and holds a key partnership with an established OEM manufacturer. This way every product produced is specific to EZBRND quality standards. Things like high-grade materials, skilled design and production methods. Following this process ensures a simple and EZ experience for you.
Are your products sold in stores?
We're currently sold online only.
When can I expect my order?
All orders will be shipped out within 1 - 2 business days via UPS or USPS. Your order should arrive within 3 - 5 business days after it has been shipped.
What courier service do you use?
Packages are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your location and which shipping option you choose. If your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details. If you are having any issues locating the tracking link or with the shipping, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to help!
What happens if my order is missing?
If your tracking # shows that your order has been delivered but you are unable to locate your package, please first double check all the normal delivery drop-off locations around your house/neighborhood. Or if your tracking link is stuck, missing, or simply doesn't look right, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to help and make sure you get a delivery!
What happens if my order is damaged?
If you have received an defective unit or have an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out! Please include any pictures, a description of the damage, and your order # and we're happy to provide a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery!
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping & Handling fee will be calculated automatically when you checkout based on your location.
I made a mistake, can I cancel or edit my order?
Please send us an email with your order # as soon as you can! We typically aren't able to edit orders but we can try to cancel your order before it ships out. If it's already shipped, hopefully it fits in nicely! If you need to exchange it, we are here to help as well!
